Roe v. Wade 40th Anniversary - Celebrating the Murder of 55 Million Unborn Babies

and then using this outrageous ad to commemorate it?  Really?

This year Planned Parenthood received a record number of tax dollars, and performed a record number of abortions.  Abortion should not be celebrated.  Today is a day of mourning.

"They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons and their daughters...
and the land was polluted with blood..." (Psalms 106:38)
Also, from a Constitutional Point of View, not only is abortion a State Issue, which means any federal involvement is unlawful, but in the case of Roe v. Wade the courts legislated from the bench (unconstitutional. .. Article I, Section 1 gives Congress sole possession of federal legislative powers), and they overturned a State Law on a State Issue just like the courts did with Proposition 8 in California.

Every time the people pass local laws to take care of local issues, the courts keep overturning the vote of the people and their immediate representatives.  This, my friends, is an example of what a Judicial Oligarchy looks like.
