Temecula Constitution Class: Limitations of the Judicial Branch

Tonight we will review what we spoke about last week regarding the Separation of Powers, and how the branches abuse their powers, and how they use powers that don't belong to them.

Article III, Section 2 enumerates the express powers given to the courts, and that is what the bulk of our discussion tonight will be on.  Join us at 6:00 pm at Faith Armory, 27498 Enterprise Circle West, Temecula.
