The media, and all of their liberal left allies, love to hammer on Christians. They accuse Christians of being intolerant, hateful, and judgmental. Christians are hardly anything of the sort. What we see from the left is "projection." The liberal left projects who they are upon their opposition.
In Berkeley, California, a video recently caught an atheist jogging by a Christian holding a sign in opposition of atheism, and screamed at the sign carrying Christian for nearly ten minutes.
On the sign it read, “In five seconds, I can hand you proof that God created the heavens and the earth, and that Jesus Christ can save your soul.” On the other side. “It’s easy to be an atheist when you don’t think about where everything came from.”
“How free are you?” asked the Christian with the sign.
“I’d be a lot freer if people like you were put in prison,” the jogger said, “as retaliation of the collective crime of racism, antisemitism, misogyny and homophobia. All you (expletive) God-botherers are war criminals, and liars and charlatans!”
“Atheism forever!” he shouted.
He then went into a false claim about Hitler being a Christian, accused the Christians of ruining the South, and said that "You people are responsible for slavery."
When the Christian asked why the jogger would not have a conversation with him, the atheist said, “Because I’m trying to stop you from killing any more Jews and any more queers, okay?! It’s you people who are responsible for the suppression of homosexuality. You people are responsible for Proposition 8. You people are responsible for DOMA. You people are responsible for all attacks on gay people — at least the ones the Muslims are not responsible for.”
“You have no redeeming factors whatsoever, and the only reason we allow you to live is because we don’t stoop to your level!” he exclaimed.
“So much for democracy, eh?” the man holding the sign replied.
The jogger, who had been pacing and flailing his arms as he screamed, then came running toward him in furor.
“Democracy is mob rule! Democracy is nothing but mob rule!” he shouts. “Democracy is what gave us Proposition 8!”
A crowd gathered. A woman then spoke up and asked the man why he was behaving wildly.
“He’s not even violent right now,” she states.
“No, but his ideology supports violence,” he replies, still heated.
“I’m Christian, too, and I would never do that to you,” the woman says.
Concerned the jogger may be losing it, people offered to help. The jogger told them he was just fine. Two female campus police officers approached seconds later and urged the man to lower his voice.
“I’m sick and tired of Christians being tolerated!” the man screamed at one of the officers. “You need to do something about the Christians here! I don’t feel comfortable with them.”
“Sir, you’ve got to keep your voice down,” one of the officers said. “People are working around here. You can’t yell.”
“I will take a different route next time if I am going to be bothered by these superstitious morons and their (expletive)!” the jogger declare.
He then ran off, screaming as he ran into the distance.
