Yemen Embassy Ordered Evacuated by State Department

After intercepting a communication between al-Qaeda Head Ayman al-Zawahri and Nasser al-Wahishi, the leader of the Yemen-based al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, nineteen embassies in the Muslim world have been put on alert, culminating in this morning's evacuation of the American embassy in Yemen.

ABC News has some of the details.

Notice we are not sending in personnel to defend the embassies, but are instead running away. Is this a part of their Zimmerman verdict inspired "Don't stand your ground, you have a duty to retreat" policy? I remember a time when America defended herself, and the bad guys were afraid to stand against her.
