One thing's for sure: nothing is going to change policy-wise, other than it continuing to get worse; Does O have the unconstitutional power he's grabbing? Yes he does! Don't believe me? Ask Ted Cruz; And O's unpopularity will cost Dems control of the Senate - but with O ruling by decree, what difference will it make?
