One of the key points of Mitt Romney's campaign during the 2012 Presidential Election fight, and something he was attacked regarding by the democrats, was that Obama's handling of America's foreign affairs is dangerous for the United States. In fact, Romney called Russia our top "geopolitical foe." Now, Romney is cashing in on his accurate statement.
Russia's annexation of Crimea, or Russia seizing 51 Ukrainian naval vessels in Crimea, have not been enough to convince Obama that Romney was right. Barack Obama's narcissism would never allow Barry to admit "The One" was wrong.
President Obama, speaking at a press conference capping a two-day nuclear security summit at The Hague, was asked about Romney's claim, which the former Republican presidential nominee made during his 2012 race against Obama.
"Russia is a regional power that is threatening some of its immediate neighbors, not out of strength, but out of weakness," Obama said. "Russia's actions are a problem -- they don't pose the number one national security threat to the United States."

Remember, Obama believes the greatest threats to national security are insurance companies, the free market, and anyone that dares to oppose him.
Romney responded by calling the president "naive."
According to Romney, President Obama should have anticipated that Russia would intervene in Crimea and taken action to prevent the crisis from escalating.
"The president should have been able to see this coming. I’m sure many advisers told him that Russia might try and grab a piece of Ukraine," Romney said on Fox News Channel's "Hannity," noting that Obama could have threatened sanctions in anticipation of annexation.
Obama doesn't "understand that...Putin has different interests than America and they will pursue those interests,” Romney said.
"I think the American people understand the facts: Russia is the nation in the world that has opposed us at the U.N. when we wanted to put tougher sanctions on North Korea, opposed us at the U.N. when we wanted to put tougher sanctions on Iran, sides with [Syrian President Bashar] Assad, in fact, sides with some of the world's worst actors," Romney said. "In terms of who's playing politically against America, of course it's Russia, and of course, the president recognizes it. He may not want to say it."
