The killing of three Israeli teens outside of a West Bank settlement is not being taken lightly. The Israeli security cabinet has reviewed a number of responses, while Prime Minister Netanyahu promises a strong response.
The kidnapping of the teens is believed to have been the work of Hamas, possibly rogue cells of the terrorist organization, but there is no question is was operatives attached to Hamas.
The discovery of the three dead bodies of the teens emerged less than 24 hours after a barrage of rockets were fired from the Strip with Hamas' explicit blessing.
Netanyahu wrote that the three were "murdered in cold blood by human animals," and he promised that "Hamas is responsible, and Hamas will pay."
