Temecula Constitution Class: Judicial Branch and the Rule of Law

By Douglas V. Gibbs

The Rule of Law is a concept seldom understood.  The judiciary want you to believe that the decisions by judges are the rule of law.  They want you to believe we have a living breathing document for a Constitution, and it is their job to be a check against our representation in case we mess it up.  However, what they are pushing is the rule of man.

Tonight, at the Temecula Constitution Class at 41669 Winchester Road in Temecula, we will go over the authorities of the Judicial Branch per Article III, Section 2 of the United States Constitution, we will study the rule of law versus the rule of man, and we will go over the authorities granted and reserved as they pertain to the federal government, States, and concurrent issues.

We meet at 6:30 pm at Faith Armory just west of Jefferson Avenue on Winchester Road, across the street from Farmer Boys

See you there.
