A massacre of 72 people is the latest in the violence that has left 10,000 people dead over the last thirty years. Muslim separatists target a mixture of people, Hindus, Christians, and even other Muslims that do not support their call for an independent State.
Last July similar violence left 35 dead, and 170,000 displaced.
