Stop the tape. There's a "transgender lobby"? Separate and distinct from the homosexual lobby? How would they know what colors to put in their flag?
....which seems to be dictating policy to the Minnesota State High School League. The MSHSL decides policy for all extracurricular activities in public, private, religious, and home schools.
Stop the tape again. Remember our little discussion of the war on home-schooling last week? Can we now expect State-sanctioned home invasions if Gopher State home-schooling parents don't treat their sons like girls and their daughters like boys? Or if they even use "gender-specific" references and honorifics? And if so, won't that require government monitoring and surveillance devices to be installed in each home-schooling home? How does genital mutilation fit into this?
I bet it won't apply to Muslim home-schoolers, though.
It’s currently in the process of outlawing all sex distinctions in high-school sports. On December 4th, it plans to install an athletic policy granting transgender students the choice to play on either boys’ or girls’ teams.
Stop the tape once more. You do realize this is a one-way street, yes? Boys aren't going to want to play any girls' sports (other than for the shower privileges - i.e. the Glenn Quagmire factor)....
....and it would only last until the first time there was "sexual harassment" (giggity) and/or the boys dominated the girls on the field, and/or a girl suffered an injury at a boy's hands. The feminazis, in other words, would go berserk.
No, the only direction this can go is girls playing on boys' teams, which also introduces all of the above factors. So to make it "fair" for the girls (or trannies, or whatever), boys' sports will have to be watered down to the maximum extent possible. And since certain physical realities cannot be overcome absent banning testosterone and mass penicide, the only other allowable outcome is the banning of all boys' AND girls' sports. Either that, or limiting sports only to "transsexuals". Which would have the effect of incentivizing rampant gender confusion. And life is all about incentives, isn't it?

In this scheme, there would be no accounting for sex differences in high school sports on the field or in locker rooms, bathrooms, and hotel rooms. It forbids any camaraderie rooted in the biological reality of one’s sex, or any consideration of the reality of the opposite sex. In fact, to affirm that reality would basically be a crime. So the policy would ultimately abolish girls’ and boys’ sports alike.
And not just in Obamerikastan's Great White North, either:

If you haven’t noticed, the trans agenda is being pushed throughout the nation in a media shock-and-awe style intended to have folks get with the program, just like the proverbial teenager who says: “Well, everybody else is going along with it.” For the moment, on paper there will still be the illusion of male and female teams under this policy. . . . except that anybody claiming to be transgender can play on either the boys team or the girls team. In other words, there will not really be boys’ teams or girls’ teams. Follow me? No?
I'm old enough to remember when parents had a counter to that "Everybody's doing it" canard: "If everybody else was jumping off a bridge to their deaths, would you want to do THAT, too?" Seriously, this shouldn't be a difficult media blitz to see through. Or wouldn't be if most Americans knew how to think. So, as a public service, allow me to do your thinking for you - a process, in this context, known as "extrapolation": The ultimate target of this madness is not boys, girls, the sexually confused, feminazis, or perverts; it is competition. Oh, certainly gender confusion and sexual perversion are collateral objectives, but the endgame is to eliminate competition, because competition is an inherently Western, capitalistic, American concept, one that has to be culturally eradicated if Barack Obama's "fundamental transformation" is to permanentize in the long term. And the most effective way of bringing that about is the same process by which the majority of present-day Americans were never inculcated with logic and critical-thinking ability: socialized education.
And you'll notice that private, religious, and home-schools will not be allowed to escape this insane edict.
Yes, banning "gender distinctions" is risible, and yes, it is madness. But there is without doubt a method to it in service of an end that is positively.....insidious.
