Time to Activate!
Constitution Association Members and All Americans
Congressional Republicans have decided that they cannot do anything about Obama's illegal, unconstitutional executive order regarding immigration. Republican Congressman Ken Calvert, the 42nd District Congress Critter for Southwest Riverside County, and his fellow gutless representatives, say they can't defund Obama's illegal immigration tactic because the agencies in play receive their funding from fees, not appropriated money.
The United States Constitution requires all monies to be appropriated by Congress, originating in the House of Representatives. The Congressional Research Service (CRS) agrees, issuing a statement that says, "The money received as fees by federal agencies must still be appropriated by Congress to that agency in order to be available for obligation or expenditure by the agency."
"The funds available to the agency through fee collections would be subject to the same potential restrictions imposed by Congress on the use of its appropriations as any other type of appropriated funds."

It is time to act. Join me in flooding Ken Calvert's, or your own Congress Critter's, mailbox and phone system. Let them know that immigration is a deal breaker. Immigration is an issue we expect them to act on NOW!!! . . . especially against a President acting illegal, against the Constitution, while thumbing his nose at the cowards in Congress, and the American People!!!
