Utah To Evict Federal Government

by JASmius

Although they still haven't said exactly how they're going to do so:

In three weeks, Utah intends to seize control of 31.2 million acres of its own land now under the control of the federal government. At least, that’s the plan.

In an unprecedented challenge to federal dominance of Western state lands, Utah Governor Gary Herbert in 2012 signed the “Transfer of Public Lands Act,” which demands that Washington relinquish its hold on the land, which represents more than half of the state’s 54.3 million acres, by December 31st.

So far, however, the federal government hasn’t given any indication that it plans to cooperate. Still, state Representative Ken Ivory, who sponsored the legislation, isn’t deterred.

I'm afraid a "demand" that the feds give up those 31.2 million acres is a far cry from "seizing" it.  A "seizure" actually requires taking it.  As in sending in State personnel, ousting their federal counterparts, and daring the Obama Regime to escalate the confrontation.  We have gone vastly too far down the "progressive" road for reversing course not to be confrontational, painful, and "over the radar".

And here's the kicker: If Utah actually does what it takes to regain control of its territory, other Western States just might follow suit.  That would be a crisis for the Obama White House that they could not exploit.

And that's the point.  The Final Crisis is coming, my fellow Americans; the only question is whether it's going to be on our terms or Red Barry's.  And that shouldn't be a difficult choice to make.
