New Black Panther Party: Time To Escalate Race War

I have a question: Why is there a "New" Black Panther Party?  What happened to the old one?  And why do both sound pretty much the same?:

On this week’s episode of the official broadcast of the New Black Panthers Party’s “Black Power Radio,” the former national chairman of the New Black Panther Party and current national president of Black Lawyers for Revenge "Justice,"  Malik Zulu Shabazz said 2015 is the time to “build up that army” and go “to the gun range.”

Read the MZS quote at the link again, though.  If you didn't know that this guy is a hard-left racist and domestic terrorist, and didn't mention one hard-left racist and domestic terrorist after another, you could almost wonder if he possesses an NRA membership card, couldn't you?  "Get armed," "self-defense" - it's like the NBPP is trying to hijack the Second Amendment for its own exclusive use and throw "white America" out of it.  And thus the irony of domestic insurrectionists and Marxist revolutionaries implicitly cloaking themselves in the very same Second Amendment that exists to enable Us, The People, to resist their plots and uprisings.

Hey, Shabazz used terms like "army" and "corps" and "troops".  His intentions couldn't be more obvious than a Katy Perry wardrobe malfunction.  But he's not saying anything with which Barack Obama doesn't already heartily agree; the latter would say it, too, if he didn't have minions like Malik Zulu Shabazz to say it - and help carry it out - for him.
