Barack Obama's comparison of Christianity to Islam defies logic; other than that his National Prayer Breakfast remarks were meant to, among other things, establish his own moral superiority, no matter how much they perverted history and contradicted themselves; by contrast, the Islamic State's Qu'ran-taught and -approved barbarism and savagery may actually have a logical and strategic purpose: to provoke Jordan into a war it cannot win, and ISIS cannot lose.
