Holy War: Islamic Jihad Examined and Compared with Christian Teaching
This lecture will survey the contours and scope of 14 centuries of Islamic Jihad noting the consistency over time of the propagation of Islam by military and political means. It will also compare the Islamic teaching on Jihad to both Jewish and Christian notions of Holy War.
