The Center For Medical Progress: Putting nullification into action for the sake of human life.
The National Abortion Federation's lapdog Obamunist judge unilaterally extended the length of his illegal gag order on the CMP to four weeks, and for all intents and purposes, indefinitely:
U.S. District Judge William Orrick sided with claims by the National Abortion Federation and its members that they would suffer harassment, intimidation and even violence if the Center for Medical Progress was permitted to circulate the material. …
Orrick initially issued an emergency restraining order on Friday prohibiting the center from releasing recordings, names, addresses or dates gathered at the meetings.
Following a brief hearing [i.e. huddle] on Monday, the judge agreed to keep the temporary order in place until an August 27th hearing on the federation’s request for an injunction permanently disallowing release of the information.
The CMP then employed the Kirk Protocol: "The answer is no; I am therefore going anyway":
The fifth undercover video in the controversy over Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted baby parts shows the Director of Research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, advertising the Texas Planned Parenthood branch’s track record of fetal tissue sales, including its ability to deliver fully intact fetuses.
In the video, actors posing as representatives from a human biologics company meet with Farrell at the abortion-clinic headquarters of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast in Houston to discuss a potential partnership to harvest fetal organs.
“Where we probably have an edge over other organizations, our organization has been doing research for many many years,” explains Farrell. When researchers need a specific part from the aborted fetus, Farrell says, “We bake that into our contract, and our protocol, that we follow this, so we deviate from our standard in order to do that.”
Asked specifically if this means Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast can change abortion procedures to supply intact fetal specimens, Farrell affirms, “Some of our doctors in the past have projects and they’re collecting the specimens, so they do it in a way that they get the best specimens, so I know it can happen.”
The investigators ask Farrell how she will frame a contract in which they pay a higher price for higher quality fetal body parts, and she replies, “We can work it out in the context of – obviously, the procedure itself is more complicated,” suggesting that “without having you cover the procedural cost” and paying for the abortion, the higher specimen price could be framed as “additional time, cost, administrative burden.”
Farrell finally summarizes her affiliate’s approach to fetal tissue payments: “If we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this. It’s all just a matter of line items.” [emphases added]
I don't know what's more hideous, the video footage of these atrocities or the detached, clinical terminology with which such crimes against humanity are described.
All of this is flagrantly against State and federal law, of course. But don't worry, or believe your lying eyes and ears, because Planned Parenthood Fuhreress Cecile Richards insists that the CMP videos actually prove that every PP employee therein depicted committing acts that should land them in maximum security penitentiaries at minimum "did nothing wrong". And Dave Daleiden will no doubt be forced to publicly agree while in Judge Orrick's Iron Maiden with live electrical cords attached to his testicles with alligator clamps while his fingers are being slowly torn out of his hands and a gun is pointed between his eyes.
That'll be the next court order. And probably much more difficult to nullify.
Maybe he'll turn Mr. Daleiden's corpse over to Planned Parenthood for dissection afterwards.

....and an airhead, evidently. But then her hair color gave that away before she smeared the Man From C.M.P. in classic McCarthyite fashion.
Which begs the question of why Mr. Daleiden accepts such predictably defamatory interviews. Maybe he's growing fonder of those alligator clamps than he wants to admit.
