Recently, the Obama administration began making moves to close the last remaining American-owned uranium enrichment facility in the United States. The announcement came when the U.S. Department of Energy informed Centrus Energy that the federal government will be ending the American Centrifuge project in Piketon, Ohio. The effort, we are told, began on September 30th. Notices went out to about 235 workers that their jobs were ending.
Critics have slammed the administration for the move while pushing an Iran nuclear deal that will ensure that Iran increases its ability to enrich uranium.
Then, Argentina let loose something that is even worse than the Iran Deal. According to President Christina Fernandez de Kirchener of Argentina, her nation was been approached by an Obama administration official with a request that Argentina provide enriched nuclear fuel to the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2010.
Obama is not only attempting to kill our ability to defend ourselves, but before the Iran Deal was even an apple in his statist eye, Obama was actively trying to get enriched uranium to Iran, a country that has labeled itself as an enemy of America, a country whose desire is to destroy our ally, Israel, and then destroy the Great Satan (United States).

The official the Argentinian president was referring to is Gary Samore, former White House Coordinator for Arms Control and Weapons of Mass Destruction, who did not dispute the claim. The argument being used was that if enriched uranium was being supplied to Iran, it would remove the country's desire to continue their own uranium enrichment program.
France would also participate, working to finish converting the enriched uranium into nuclear reactor fuel, sending it back to Iran for its own use, again with the warped thinking that the untrustworthy Islamic republic would be so happy to receive the gift they could use for "peaceful" purposes, they would refrain from weaponizing their own uranium stockpiles.
The deal fell through, and its failure is being used as the blame that lead to a 2010 U.N. resolution that increased economic sanctions on Iran, ultimately forcing the perceived "necessity" to negotiate with Iran and create the Iran Nuke Deal.

Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution defines treason as follows:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."
I believe taking action to aid the enemy in having the weapons of mass destruction they desire in order to attack the United States fits that definition.
