John Kerry Used HIS Private Email To Send Hillary Clinton Classified Info To HER Private Email

by JASmius

<sigh>

Well, it does help explain why Lurch was Herself's successor at Foggy Bottom:

As a senator, [Commissar] of State John Kerry sent at least one email to Hillary Clinton from his personal account that has now been classified as secret, the State [Commissariat] confirmed on Tuesday.

Actually, it was classified when he sent it.  Which means he couldn't have not known that it was classified, and begs the question of how he got hold of it, even if he was chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee at the time.

And also makes him subject to criminal prosecution under the Espionage Act as well.  Technically.

The largely redacted May 19th, 2011, email from Kerry — then the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee — “was sent from a non-official account,” State [Commissariat] spokesman John Kirby said on Tuesday.

That account, Kirby added “is no longer active.”

You know the old saying about closing the barn door after the horse is Elmer's glue.....?

The message referenced India, Afghanistan and Pakistan, and was classified for containing information about foreign governments and U.S. foreign relations.

Hmmm; maybe no CIA operatives or foreign double agents on our payroll died from that.  Maybe.  Though it does go without saying that Mrs. Clinton forwarded it on from her "privatized" server.

The interesting thing is one of her cc'd recipients:

In what is an equally interesting development, Tom Donilon was copied on the same e-mail, and apparently on an official e-mail account. At the time, Donilon worked in the White House as Barack Obama’s national [in]security adviser, having just succeeded James Jones seven months earlier. Oddly, the Hill’s account fails to mention the CC: to Donilon, but it raises more questions about what the White House knew and when it knew it. Did Donilon object to transmitting sensitive diplomatic via private e-mails? Did he mention Hillary’s use of a private e-mail system for sensitive material to Barack Obama?

What do you think, Ed?  Never have two more rhetorical questions ever been posed.  Just as it is equally as obvious that the chances of criminal indictments in Emailgate have gone drastically downward in direct proportion to the scandal's proximity to the Obama White House itself.

Red Barry will let it rain on the Wicked Witch of the West Wing as long as she's the only one that melts.  But the Wizard of O must never be removed from behind the green curtain.

And never will be.
