CNN Incites Violence Against Trump, Denies U.S. Constitution

CNN aired a report explaining how through Obama's line of succession, which is in place until Trump takes the oath to be President, an Obama appointee would be the next President should Donald Trump be killed during the inauguration ceremony. The problem is, the report is inaccurate, contradicting the 20th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

It says in 20th Amendment: "If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President."  It goes on to say that if the choice devolves to the House of Representatives, it would be the job of the House of Representatives to choose the next President.  At no point does the Constitution give the choice to a line of succession that is on its way out.

I know, it's shocking that CNN would either be misinformed, or misinforming the public. In truth, the report incites violence against the president-elect, and CNN should be prosecuted for it.

The incitement of violence issue has already been addressed by a number of folks out there, but what is even more amazing is that CNN, while championing the idiotic Democrat narrative that news that disagrees with them is fake news would air a report that literally contradicts the U.S. Constitution.  Has the staff at CNN, and their so-called experts, not read the document?  Are they not familiar with the first sentence of Section 3 of the 20th Amendment that tells us should disaster strike, Mike Pence would be President of the United States?

The report is also an example of the height of hypocrisy by liberal left media outlets.  Would any of them have reported such a thing prior to the Obama inauguration ceremony in 2008?  CNN has literally placed their desire for the death of Donald Trump, and an incitement of violence, above common sense, and the words of the Constitution.

Personally, no surprise, here.

And then, they wonder why the Trump camp has taken an adversarial stance against the media.
