Tea Party 75 in Banning, California

 By Douglas V. Gibbs

The Banning-Beaumont-Cherry Valley Tea Party has been an influential part of the political scene in The Pass Area, a region tucked in the foothills between the desert communities and the Inland Empire in Southern California, for a number of years. Glenn Stull was the creator of the group, and currently serves as the president of the very active small town tea party organization. They have done what they can to influence elections, and they were weekly out on the streets holding up Trump signs in support of President Donald Trump while he was still a candidate. Glenn has been the fearless leader, and has been the main thrust behind the successful activities of the Tea Party in the pass area, for a number of years. Thursday night, beginning at 5 o'clock, the Tea Party will be holding a their monthly meeting which will have 2 local politicians, both of which I believe to be Mayors in nearby cities, as speakers; as well as having Yours Truly, Douglas V Gibbs, giving a presentation on the United States Constitution. In addition to the good food and good political commentary, we will also have cake. In the picture above, at Tuesday's weekly breakfast meeting at the same restaurant in Banning California, we gave a birthday card to Glenn Stull, who will be 75 years old on Thursday. When the cake was revealed, it was decided not to eat it then, but to save it for the Thursday night meeting. So join us on Thursday night for Glenn's birthday, great political commentary, constitutional literacy education, and a Big Slice of a patriotic red white and blue birthday cake for Glenn Stull. The meeting on Thursday night begins at 5 o'clock, and it will be held at the Farm's House Restaurant on Joshua Palmer way just off the Highland Springs off ramp along the interstate 10 before it heads out to Cabazon.
