The Message of Easter and the Power of Redemption

He is Risen!  Jesus bore the sins of the world on the cross on Calvary, and then conquered death when the stone was rolled away and he walked out of the tomb.  We celebrate at Easter that Jesus’ death was not in vain, and that He has the power to overcome death.  The resurrection of Christ gives us hope for salvation and for our own resurrection and eternal life.
