Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) sends out warning on One America News:
One thing is for sure, what is being called for is largely unauthorized by the U.S. Constitution. Emergency, or not, the federal government does not have a legal authority to dictate to people in the country what they can or can't do. States may have certain allowances, but the federal government does not.
