The reality is that the position of citizen is the highest ranking political office in the country. We can change things. Civil disobedience, and refusal to participate when they deprive us of our liberty without due process (which are violations of Amendment 5/Federal and Amendment 14/State) can lead to change, can force the authoritarians to either work with us, or lose their high position in society. We can close businesses and force people out of office, if only we work together against the tyranny that seeks to oppress us.
