Discovered in 1983, the original Thirteenth Amendment was ratified in 1811.  Much of the original ratification articles were destroyed in 1814 when, during the War of 1812, the British set aflame the White House, Library of Congress, and all of the other federal buildings in Washington D.C..  Due to the loss of the documents, in 1819 the State of Virginia issued an official government booklet declaring its original ratification of this now missing amendment.  The original Thirteenth Amendment vanished from the U.S. Constitution during the War Between the States from 1861-1865.  The text of the missing Thirteenth Amendment reads:

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of mobility or honor or shall without the consent of congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever,

from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

Membership to the international BAR Association, as a result, was forbidden; any persons such as bankers or lawyers intimately intertwined with the international banking or legal cartels were also unable to hold political office.
