AB-1797 DEAD	Immunization Information Registry operated by State Department of Public Health.	Bill passed both houses, and then was withdrawn August 30.
AB-1940	Allow Children to make Health choices without parental consent, care provided through school.	Passed both houses.  Presented to governor 4pm August 31.  Awaiting signature.
AB-1993 DEAD	Employment Vaccination Requirements	After being revised by the co-authors in the Assembly April 18, 2022 it died on the floor.
AB-2098	Censorship of speech of physicians and surgeons; allows State to charge medical professionals with unprofessional conduct if they are guilty of “dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19”.  In other words if they give a medical opinion that disagrees with the political opinion they can be charged with daring to voice disagreement with the political narrative.	Has passed both houses.  Bill has been filed by the Chief Clerk, September 1, 2022, and is awaiting governor’s signature.
AB-2134	Tax Paid Abortions, including travel and other expenses, for out of state persons seeking abortion from a State that has outlawed abortion.	Has passed both houses.  Bill has been filed by the Chief Clerk, September 1, 2022, and is awaiting governor’s signature.
AB-2223	Infanticide, disallows investigation by coroner regarding the death of babies after birth if considered during period known as “perinatal”.	Has passed both houses.  Bill has been filed by the Chief Clerk, September 1, 2022, and is awaiting governor’s signature.
SB-107	Prohibits local law enforcement from arresting or extraditing persons with children seeking transgender medical or mental care that have brought the child to California in violation of civil or criminal law from another State.  In short, it legalizes kidnapping for the purpose of one parent making sure a child can have a sex-change operation.	Has passed both houses.  Bill has been filed by the Chief Clerk, September 6, 2022, and is awaiting governor’s signature.
SB-866 DEAD	Minors, Vaccination without Parental Consent.	Withdrawn August 31, 2022.
SB-871 DEAD	Forced COVID Shots to attend School.	No action since February 24, 2022.
SB-1100	Suppression of Public Free Speech	Signed Into Law August 22, 2022.
SB-1222 DEAD	Sex Education	Hearing canceled April 6, 2022.  No action since that date.  Bill withdrawn.
SB-1479	COVID Testing in Schools	Has passed both houses.  Bill has been filed by the Chief Clerk, August 30, 2022, and is awaiting governor’s signature.
