Judiciary Primary Cause of Problems, and Jefferson Agrees

The concept of Judicial Review is a concept dreamed up by the courts, and a power given to the courts by the courts. It is not the constitutional authority for the judicial branch to determine if laws are constitutional or not. As a part of the federal government, the Supreme Court deciding if laws are constitutional is literally the federal government deciding for itself what its own authorities are.

Hardly a concept in line with the limiting principles of the U.S. Constitution.
