Marijuana Legalized in Colorado, Washington

Voters in Colorado and Washington on Tuesday approved measures allowing adults to use marijuana for any purpose.

Federal law continues to consider marijuana illegal.

I disagree with the legalization of Marijuana. . . but, the Constitution does not give the federal government the authority to regulate drugs. That is up to each State.
