The letter was similar to the one that was sent to United States Senator Roger Wicker, and a Mississippi Justice Court Judge. The letter to Obama was intercepted at a facility where all White House mail is initially screened.
Paul Kevin Curtis, a Mississippi resident, has been arrested as the person responsible for the three letters. He was arrested at his home, and has a history of writing questionable letters to government officials. The letters were signed "KC," and could stand for "Kevin Curtis."
