There's no need for Detroit to fear, Rand Paul is here to save the day from Barack Obama. Or a fiscal sanity-restoring municipal bankruptcy proceeding, whichever comes first.
Either way, Detroit is the leading edge of reality's revenge. The pain is about to be turned back on its inflictors. Looks like it's time for another Executive Decree.
