Then, our guest will be Bob McNeil, Presidential Candidate for the American Citizen Party.  Mr. McNeil says that the history of corruption in politics, and the IRS, has been in place for a very long time.  A United States Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran, if elected, Bob McNeil plans to go after the IRS by using Article II, Section 2 of the United States Constitution, to issue a national pardon to all Americans for not filing income taxes - which would end the IRS, and the corruption of federal income taxes.  McNeil notes that the history of the IRS demonstrates that government officials will be tempted to use such awesome power as that of taxation against their enemies, and in support of their friends.
