Obama Regime Didn't Disclose American Killed In Syria Was With ISIS

by JASmius

Why would they?  Remember, "officially," Islamic terrorism doesn't exist, and even if it did, President Relentless Pursuit has the "decimated" jihadists "on the run," and even if he didn't, there's no such thing as an American who defects to the other side, no matter how many hundreds have done so:

When the National Security Council announced the death of American Douglas McAuthur McCain....

Stop the tape.  "Douglas McAuthur McCain"?  Seriously?  Man, this traitor had an ironic sense of humor, at least.

....in Syria, it left out a major piece of the story: he was fighting for the terror group ISIS.

Fox News reporter Catherine Herridge says that was not a mistake.

Appearing on Fox News Channel's "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren" on Tuesday, Herridge said the omission follows a pattern in which an American's affiliation with a known terrorist group is dropped.

She compared the omission to the Obama administration's labeling of the Fort Hood shooting as "workplace violence" even though the shooter, U.S. Army Major Nidal Hasan, had an affiliation with an al-Qaeda cleric in Yemen.

There's another motivation besides that, I think: this White House is reflexively allergic to the very phrase "American killed in [Iraq or Syria]" when they're the ones that sent them there.  Which, come to think of it, is effectively true of "Douglas McAuthur McCain" as well.  Ipso-facto, he never existed, and even if he did he wasn't killed, and even if he was, he wasn't killed in Syria or Iraq, and even if he was, he wasn't a jihadist.  Because, you know, "officially," Islamic terrorism doesn't exist.

See how much easier foreign policy is when reality is no longer an issue?
