The Americans look to finish the Winter Olympic Games with the most medals, having 36 total at this point. One of those medals is a gold that ended 62 years of frustration for the United States bobsled team.
USA-1 won the gold medal in four-man bobsledding, being the first American team to do so since 1948. In fact, the USA-1 "Night Train" crew was so good, so dominant, so completely in control that the much-awaited competition turned into a coronation, writes Howard Bryant.

The look on the team's faces, and the moisture in their eyes, said it all as they stood on the podium, watching Old Glory rise as the National Anthem played.
