The final arbiters of the United States Constitution is you, through your State. The States have the authority to nullify unconstitutional laws. Thomas Jefferson, in his draft of the Kentucky Resolution, called unconstitutional laws "null and void," so why would States be required to implement illegal laws that are null and void?
