Baltimore Mayor Fires Police Commissioner

So let's add this up: The Baltimore PD was enforcing the laws of "Charm City" as best it could; Freddie Gray, a serial drug dealer and criminal, died in the process of his (last) arrest under ambiguous circumstances; Mayor Stephanie Blake and Maryland State attorney Marilyn Mosby rewarded black/leftwing insurrection mobs, did the Black Klan's bidding in viciously demonizing their own law enforcement personnel as "racists" (even though half the Baltimore Six are African-American) and created the maximum disincentive against law enforcement and in favor of unbridled societal chaos, making Baltimore a virtual "no-go zone", the result of which has been a runaway crime wave.  And more eruptions of violent chaos are in store after the ludicrously overcharged cases against the Baltimore Six inevitably collapse.

So what does Mayor Blake do?  What else?  Make a scapegoat of her (black) police chief:

Baltimore’s mayor fired the troubled city’s police commissioner Wednesday, saying that a recent spike in homicides in the weeks after an unarmed black man died of injuries in police custody required a change in leadership.

Mayor Stephanie Blake thanked Police Commissioner Anthony Batts for his service — and praised the job he had done — but said growing criticism of his performance had become a “distraction” that was preventing the city from moving ahead.

Deputy Police Commissioner Kevin Davis, who has only been with the department since January, will serve as interim commissioner, Blake said.

“We need a change,” the mayor told a news conference, which was attended by Davis. “This was not an easy decision but it is one that is in the best interest of Baltimore. The people of Baltimore deserve better and we’re going to get better.”

This is akin to Mayor Blake forcibly taking over as general manager of the Baltimore Ravens, purging the entire roster, and replacing Joe Flacco, Justin Forsett, Steve Smith, Sr., Elvis Dumervil, and all their teammates with grade school kids from local Pop Warner football leagues, then firing head coach John Harbaugh and his entire staff after the Ravens go winless and all the kids sustain crippling injuries.  It's pointless, it's retarded, and it's disgusting.

And, given that a black police chief is being railroaded in favor of a white deputy police chief, it's also racist.  Right, Madame Mayor?
