President Donald Trump has already indicated he is willing to meet the invasion of the United States, disguised as a refugee caravan, head on. As the thousands of mostly military age males, many of whom have drug cartel or gang connections, work their way towards the United States, Trump has indicated that his original number of 5,200 troops is not sufficient, and that the number of support troops deployed to the U.S.-Mexican border could reach 15,000.
The Pentagon has confirmed that "more than 7,000" troops were being sent to the Southwest border to support the Customs and Border Protection agents. Some officials have indicated that that number may reach roughly 8,000.
Both sides, the leftists supporting the oncoming invasion force, and the supporters of Donald Trump's agenda, undoubtedly have upcoming Tuesday's mid-term elections on their mind. The Democrats are working to disrupt the GOP's disruption of what the liberals thought would be a blue wave, and the Republicans are doing what they can to make sure their voters remain energized enough to ensure the craziness of the liberal left does not further infect our Houses of Congress.
The Wall, promised by Trump during the 2016 election, is still working on getting the financial okay to get erected. Therefore, a wall of personnel and equipment must be used to fend off the oncoming hordes of illegal alien invaders.
While the bleeding hearts out there are crying for the "families" and women and children marching towards us, the reality is that about 75% of the marching army towards our border are military age males, and among those individuals are persons connected to drug cartels, gangs, and jihadist groups. While the liberal left is claiming Trump's rhetoric about the invasion force is just another one of his racist "fearmongering" tactics, the reality is that the oncoming mob of thousands poses as a serious national security threat, and it is being coordinated and funded by various leftist organizations and persons.
Trump has also insisted that the media is grossly underestimating the size and make up of the caravans. "You have caravans coming up that look a lot larger than it's reported actually. I'm pretty good at estimating crowd size. And I'll tell you they look a lot bigger than people would think."
Trump has also been working to address the failed catch-and-release policies we've been using, as well as addressing the unconstitutional birthright citizenship practice in place for the children of non-U.S. citizens (often referring to those children as "anchor babies").
