Spiritual Warfare for the Soul of America, and the existence of Christmas

Back in May I wrote about how the COVID-19 scamdemic reveals how much the liberal left hates Christianity.  In Portland, the leftwing violent protesters created another God-hating headline by burning Bibles, along with the American Flag, in the streets of their city.  We have politicians shutting down churches while keeping casinos and strip clubs open.  Church services, even outside, have been disallowed while the tyrants look the other way when protesters burn their city.  Bill Gates in recent years has discussed ways to get rid of Christians using science and a vaccine to kill off what he believes to be the God Gene.

What is going on is more than a political disagreement.  Our Faith is under fire, and the enemy is more than flesh and blood.  We are in the midst of spiritual warfare.

Which brings us to Christmas.

We are in the Christmas Season, and the liberal left haters who despise God and all things Christian have an opportunity of a lifetime.  Thanks to worldwide emergencies such as the manufactured scamdemic, they have the ability, they believe, to cancel Christmas.

In times of crisis, Jesus Christ is who many reach for, and Christmas is all about Him.  People become more engaged in their faith, during Christmas time.  And if suffering is going on, we become even more openly religious.  We begin to focus on what is important to us.  Our love for Christ, and our love for our families.  We begin thinking about the big picture.  Eternity.  How the world is temporary, and how our leftist leaders are merely petty tyrants who are truly powerless when compared to God.

Such religious thinking is a threat to the political establishment who are trying to kill off hope, liberty, and individuality.  They hate God, and they know that Christmas is bigger than they are, so they have an urgent desire to cancel it.  To eliminate another religious obstacle that stands in the way of them achieving their ultimate power.

So the powers that be are recommending that you stay home for Christmas.  Don't travel, don't celebrate, and don't visit family.  

Joe Biden, considered a moderate among the crazies, agrees with the lunacy.  Don't celebrate Christmas, he has implied.  Otherwise, "We're likely to lose another 250,000 people dead between now and January. You hear me? Because people aren't paying attention."

In Los Angeles you are warned not to even travel locally.  Don't walk on the sidewalk, don't ride your bike, stay at home.  "All travel" has been banned to protect you against a virus that has a better than 99% survival rate.  You can't "travel on foot, bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, automobile or public transit". Movement, as we approach Christmas, is illegal.

Mayor Garcetti was pretty clear when he issued his don't travel order and stay at home orders.  It is pretty clear they are all about killing Christmas.  He has proclaimed, "My message couldn't be simpler: It's time to hunker down. It's time to cancel everything, and if it isn't essential, don't do it. Don't meet up with others outside your household. Don't host a gathering. Don't attend a gathering."

Everything includes Christmas.  Don't gather for Christ because somehow the threat of a mild virus is bigger than Jesus.

They figure if you can't gather in the name of God, they can kill God.  If you don't celebrate Jesus, you will abandon Jesus.  If you don't see your family, your family will become a distant memory.  If you are stuck at home, you may even forget about free will, liberty, and all of those other things that annoy the leftist tyrants so much.

On Oct. 30, San Francisco Mayor London Breed declared that the holidays are "superspreader events," so the celebration of Thanksgiving and Christmas has been canceled. She said, "We are still in the midst of a pandemic...the rest of the world is actually looking at restrictions...put a pause on some of our reopening efforts...take a pause until we see an improvement in numbers...What we've seen during holidays, sadly, is an uptick in the number of cases because people are choosing to come together. And sometimes these parties and these events and these gatherings, they could become superspreaders. It just takes one person who is infected to infect, you know, all of the people who attended a party...Even though this year will be a sacrifice, the sacrifice is worth it."

Of course, the rules apply to thee, not to them.  Like her colleague, California Governor Gavin Newsom, shortly after giving her speech to the masses instructing them to cancel their lives, London Breed was eating expensive food with hypocritical friends, tightly packed without masks, at The French Laundry restaurant up in Napa.  

Steve Adler, the mayor of Austin, Texas, urged people not to travel, informing his constituents of the needed sacrifice from a timeshare in Mexico.  He traveled there in secret, aboard a private aircraft, with a large number of people he is not related to.

Do as they say, don't do as they do, is the message.

Cancel Christmas, they tell you, as they carry on with their own selfish and hypocritical lives.
