Doug to Debate Regarding National Sovereignty and Corporation Theory
Douglas V. Gibbs, Mr. Constitution, who has said that the poisoning of the word "citizen" by those who push being a sovereign national might be a PsyOp. Doug has repeatedly argued against the theory that the Organic Acts of 1801 and 1871 has made the United States (via the incorporation of Washington D.C.) a corporation and that as citizens we are nothing more than employees locked into doing the bidding of the elitist corporation owners. While Doug has recognized the authenticity of the concept of becoming a sovereign outside the protection of the privileges of and immunities of the United States he has argued it is not a good way to go, especially in regards to fighting to return our country back to its roots as a republic. He has been asked to debate the topic with those who would believe otherwise, and has accepted. The debate will occur on The World Is Awake on July 29 at 8pm Pacific.

A Rebellious Nature

One of the problems with tyranny is that tyranny does understand human nature or the rebellious nature of humanity. They do not realize that their actions are not anything but rebellion against God, which is destined to destroy itself.
Our flesh constantly battles with our spirit. This is why Benjamin Franklin said that only a virtuous society can be a free society. Unless we are a virtuous society who puts all of our efforts and faith into God we are going to be rebellious against morality, and in the end, the rebellion will expand across the board and collapse the very society that claims its rebellion is something else.
Alexis de Tocqueville in his book "Democracy in America" argued that as democracy began to take hold of the American Republic for the time being, despite the destructive nature of democracy, America was fine because America was morally good. The strength of American Society, he explained, is in America's churches. But, if ever we stop being a virtuous people, the damaging characteristics of democracy may eventually destroy the republic.
Our human nature, being rebellious in nature, can never sustain democracy. The tyrants holding office in America have been using democracy because they know it is a transitional system to oligarchy. But, they have not taken into account that the rebellious nature of humans will ultimately destroy their narrative in the end.
The problem is, in order to maintain their narrative, because deception breeds inconsistency, their arguments have gotten so ridiculous that even the people they thought were their allies are saying, "okay, now it's getting a little too ridiculous.

A rebellious spirit leads to the rejection of The Lord. The Laws of Nature and of Nature's God (Natural Law) is based on God's natural order of things. Nice to see that the video below agrees.

Gas Prices Blame Shift

Economics is a simple thing. Supply and demand is at the core of it, but also there are other factors. Where is the product coming from? The competition factor. Cost of producing a product. Government policies and restrictions.
Gas prices are the highest they've been in history. The response of the Biden Administration? The high prices are the fault of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. The problems regarding that argument are that we do not receive any oil from Russia, and the prices were on their way upward before the invasion.
Here's the facts:
- The Biden Administration reentered the Paris Climate Accord which is designed to push "renewable energy" by increasing restrictions on "fossil fuels" which then in turn increased not only fossil fuel based energy costs but requires use of "renewable energy" which is more costly and less reliable.
- The Biden Administration canceled the Keystone Pipeline.
- The Biden Administration issued a halt on all new oil and gas leases and drilling permits on federal lands and waters; and halted all leases at Anwar.
- Issued to all federal agencies and order to halt any support for fossil fuels.
- Imposed new regulations on all oil and gas producers.
- Imposed new regulations regarding all emissions.
- When he decided to ease federal restrictions on permits on federal properties he only did so in the Gulf of Mexico, then doubled the cost of the fees.
- Our only access to oil being allowed by Biden's administration is from the Middle East with countries that not only hate America, but knowing they now have no competition have increased their prices. He is traveling to Saudi Arabia to beg that they lower their prices. They will likely laugh in his face.
- In the Democrat law pushed by the Biden Administration the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act unconstitutionally requires every U.S. state to develop state carbon-reduction plans that must be approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation as well as be updated every four years.
- The federal EPA has unconstitutionally created its own legislation in the form of a new rule regulating greenhouse gas emissions from cars and trucks. That single regulation could raise the average vehicle price by $1,000 due to the required upgrades to keep the new vehicles within compliance.
- A new carbon taxing policy.
- The Biden Administration issued an executive order to enforce mandates on businesses, insurers, retirement funds, and suppliers regarding energy usage increasing costs across the board for energy, including gasoline.
- Imposed restrictions on the import and export of crude oil.
- A provision in the Build Back Better agenda includes new taxes on petroleum.
But, they tell us its Russia's fault.

COVID was the plan, the Vaccine was the Reason

On Mother's Day my wife and I visited the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. When we arrived, after dropping $40 into the "pay to park" meter for allowing our car to sit in the parking lot for up to four hours, we walked towards the site where a fence had been erected around the observatory. To enter one had to (A) Show proof of vaccination; and (B) have a mask because it would be required to wear a mask inside the building. This all by command of the Los Angeles County Health Department, and yes, this was recent, Sunday, May 8, 2022.

To enter one had to (A) Show proof of vaccination; and (B) have a mask because it would be required to wear a mask inside the building. This all by command of the Los Angeles County Health Department, and yes, this was recent, Sunday, May 8, 2022.
My question to myself at the time was that "if the vaccine works then why do folks need to wear a mask?"
My wife and I, for various reasons, mainly regarding the fact that we don't trust a concoction created by big corporations and big government colluding together that, for lack of a better way of putting it, screws with our DNA, or at least with our body's basic mechanics regarding its own perfect method of creating proteins, through a delivery system tied to Big Pharma created messenger RNA, are not vaccinated. Not a single prick.
Also, due to anxiety issues I have related to my service in the U.S. Military, wearing a mask on my face for more than a few seconds at a time causes me distress, and sometimes I will either lose consciousness, or go into vertigo that may last many hours. So, for medical reasons, I cannot wear a mask. When I asked the Veteran's Administration health services to help me determine the cause of my problem, when I arrived for my appointment regarding why I can't wear a mask they would not let me in without a mask on. After 45 minutes of arguing they finally wheeled me in the back door, did a bunch of tests, and then basically told me it was all in my head. It took a private conversation with a psychologist that I cannot name to figure out that basically I can't wear a mask on my face because of issues related to my service.
So, there I was at the Griffith Observatory. I had already paid a bundle on parking and I was not about to leave just because a bunch of idiots following idiotic protocols based on erroneous data and a political agenda that is more about money and control than protecting anybody from any disease said I could not enter. So, without going into detail, we found a way to get in without stopping by to let the local L.A. County gestapo check our papers.
Once inside the facility the mask police descended upon us quickly. They gave us our masks that we were somehow without since they were handing them to people, you know, at the entry check-point, watched us put them on, and then as they turned to leave, as my vision became blurry and I began to lose my balance, I ripped it off my face and was not asked to put it back on except once while in one of the presentations during which my wife and I sat alone away from the rest of the crowd.
Why, I have been asking myself (as if I don't know the answer) would they do such a thing? It's a huge contradiction. If everyone in the building is vaccinated, and the idea behind the vaccine was to save you from the disease, why are masks among the vaccinated so necessary?
The answer, of course, is because they are fully aware the vaccines don't work.
Their narrative began with that it worked, but once the facts kept bumping up against their lies, they adjusted their message to "the vaccine may not stop you from getting COVID, but it will keep you from dying."
The sheep accepted the quick-change explanation, and the mandates continued to march through many of the most populated areas of the country, and through businesses that are either "woke" or fearful of the consequences should they not comply with the regime's demands.
Somehow, since I believe masks are a waste of time, and I refuse to wear them (even if I didn't have a medical reason, I would not be wearing one), I am considered dangerous to my fellow man. And yes, masks are still being worn in my corner of the world here in Southern California and are still required in certain parts of Los Angeles County and at all medical facilities in the State of California which is why I have not been able to receive treatment for some very painful issues I am experiencing. But, none the less, as we realize that the dangers of the planned scamdemic is behind us, I am still being considered a conspiracy theorist of some sort. Personally, I see myself as a conspiracy factualist.
The following videos, I have three for you, and a whole list of links below, should support what I am trying to say. Fact is the vaccine has killed an enormous amount of people. It is unsafe. The number of 40,000 dead from the vaccine indicated in the first video below I believe to be a low-ball number. I think less people died from COVID than reported, and more people have died from the VAXXX than reported......and it may be entirely possible that the jab has killed more people than the scamdemic disease actually did. I am not saying COVID does not exist. It killed people. It killed people I know. But its level of how deadly it is does not compare to the deaths caused by the Remdesivir and respirator deaths caused by the medical community in their idiotic plan to treat the disease (rather than using proven methods with early treatment like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine), nor the deaths caused by the jab (at least 40K as indicated in the first video, and most COVID deaths of late are, by the way, of people who got jabbed as the second video points out), and other unreported methods of death like suicide from the depression caused by the unnecessary lockdowns that, yep, not only did not work, but were unconstitutional.
Your individual rights cannot be suspended because of an alleged emergency declared by the government. The courts and the politicians may claim that your rights may be suspended during a time of emergency, but the Constitution, and the State Constitutions, do not support such idiocy.

They not only knew COVID was coming, it was the plan all along. And the reason was not to get people sick, but to get people willing to take the jab. The vaccine, which is not a true vaccine, but a genetic manipulator, was in the works long ago, and laws were put in place along the way to make sure you had to take the jab, and that you had no reasonable avenue to escape it.
