Pro-Life Supporters Protest President Barack Obama's Address At Notre Dame

Should Notre Dame lose its "Catholic" title for allowing Barack Obama to speak at its commencement ceremony? Archbishop Raymond Burke says, "What it should do is have Notre Dame come clean. Is it Catholic or isn’t it? A Catholic institution, a Catholic university, cannot give honors to someone who is a promoter of things that are opposed to the most fundamental beliefs of Catholics, and so that’s what needs to happen."

The issue is abortion is the wholesale slaughter of innocent lives, the murder of the unborn, the evil policy of death in the name of choice. President Barack Obama is not only in favor of abortion, but even to the point of supporting infanticide (refusing medical attention to abortion survivors) - which is in direct opposition of the position of the Catholic Church.

In protest to Obama speaking at the Notre Dame commencement, Pro-lifers are protesting on campus, and many students are boycotting the graduation ceremony as well.

Alan Keyes says that Notre Dame is honoring Obama by allowing him to speak at the ceremony, which goes against the integrity of the university, and is in direct opposition of the Catholic Church for which Notre Dame claims to be a part of.

Norma McCorvey (Jane Roe) was among those arrested today at the protest.

Alan Keyes spoke about this issue last night on Political Pistachio Radio. Catch the archive HERE.
