Obama Treason Case in Tennessee Seeks Birth Certificate

By Douglas V. Gibbs

In Monroe County, Tennessee, indictments have been sought against Barack Obama on treason charges. The secret grand jury proceedings have revealed, now that the list of the December session of cases has been released, that the grand jury failed to grant Walt Fitzpatrick's request to indict Obama on treason charges based on Fitzpatrick's belief that Obama was not born in the United States, and is therefore serving as President illegally.

Fitzpatrick will not be beat so easily, and has told supporters that he will try the case in another county.

Fitzpatrick is also seeking indictments against Grand Jury Foreman Pettway and Assistant District Attorney Stutts. Fitzpatrick's claim is that they are guilty of obstruction of justice in his attempts to indict the President.
