In a word, Obama is completely nuts.
Obama has decided to change the American nuclear strategy to substantially narrow the conditions under which the United States would use nuclear weapons.
He's a 60's radical that believes he can make nuclear weapons obsolete.
The technology has been unleashed, and if we eliminate our nuclear capabilities, all it will do is open us up to attack by crazy rogue nations who could care less if Obama wants to dance through the park with the cast of "Hair," and the rest of the liberal idiots in the United Nations.
Might as well start building our white flag factories now.
