The liberal left hates Sarah Palin. They hate Palin so much that even their paranoia claims that Bristol Palin, one of the contestants on Dancing With The Stars, is in the finals because of a Tea Party Conspiracy the leftists call (based on comments made by conservative talker Tammy Bruce) "Operation Bristol."
Fan's votes carry 50% of the total, so despite her low scores with the judges, Bristol's popularity with the fans has kept her in the running. Unable to admit that the Palin family resonates with most of America, the liberal left has determined that Bristol's popularity must be some part of a conservative conspiracy.
Of course the liberals are claiming that Bristol is a horrible dancer, and the people voting don't understand that and are doing it only for the reason that she is Sarah Palin's daughter. The judges, after all, are the experts, and only know what is best in this competition.
Sort of reminds me of the typical liberal thought process. Only the elitists know what's best for America, according to them. The rest of America is filled with dumb yokels, who are just a bunch of uneducated oafs.
That type of elitism disgusts me. Who is anybody to think they are somehow above everyone else?
I hope Bristol wins it all. That ought to pop a few corks.
