WikiLeaks: Iran WMD Existed

One of the primary variables that determined America would invade Iraq in 2003 was the belief that Saddam Hussein had Weapons of Mass Destruction, and that he had no beef with using them against the United States and her valued allies.

The primary argument used in the "hate Bush" campaign launched by the liberal Democrats was that the WMD did not exist, and that was proven when they were never found.

Conservatives in support of the war effort argued that just because the whereabouts of the WMD had not been discovered, it did not mean they never existed.

A recent WikiLeaks document dump revealed that not only has WMD been discovered in the region, but that as late as 2008, American troops have continued to find WMD in the region - meaning that the Democrats are well aware of the presence of WMD in Iraq.

Specifically, the WikiLeaks documents mention several times the discovery of chemical and biological weapons. The American media, however, have ignored these findings, and when it comes to WikiLeaks documents, have only been interested in leaked material that highlight actions that are viewed as embarrassing for the U.S. military.

The bulk of the massive weapons program that served as the Bush administration’s leading rationale for invading Iraq is believed to have been transferred to Syria, as suggested by Saddam's top general, General Georges Sada. These massive quantities are not indicated in the WikiLeaks documents.

The WikiLeaks documents do indicate, however, that Saddam’s toxic arsenal significantly reduced after the Gulf War, but remained intact. Hussein constantly allowed Islamic Terrorists, insurgents and foreign agitators access to these stockpiles during the Iraq conflict.
