A new constitutional amendment in Brazil uses propaganda to make it sound like a wonderful Jeffersonian concept of freedom. They call the new amendment the "Pursuit of Happiness clause." But it is pure communism: Guaranteed income, housing, health care. . . modeled perfectly after soviet-style communism.
