Introducing March Madness Care Packages for the Troops – Support our Best and Bravest
No doubt you have been bombarded this past week with talk of March Madness, brackets, buzzer beaters and so on. At the water cooler, on the radio, watching TV, even at the grocery store, March Madness is a uniquely American event that captures our county’s attention once a year. We atMove America Forward are no different, but our interest always comes back to our troops. That is why we are proud to announce March Madness Care Packages for the Troops.
Though many of us are unable to even imagine what our troops are experiencing, especially while the majority of us are enjoying the start of Spring and the fun and excitement of basketball during March Madness, we must not forget their sacrifice.
In order to make sure they know they have our unwavering support, we are proud to offer our March Madness Care Packages. We will be sending special shipments of care packages with a basketball theme so our Best and Bravest receive a small piece of home and can share in this exciting end to the NCAA Basketball Season.
America is often captivated by the success of an underdog or basketball Cinderella stories, but let us not forget the real heroes who make these events possible: the men and women that serve in the U.S. Military. While some troops may have the opportunity of seeing the score of their favorite team or watching a highlight on a computer, life does not change and they are still away from home defending our great nation.
Please pass this along to all your friends and family who will be watching March Madness and rooting for their favorite team. There is no better way to show our appreciation for the luxuries we all enjoy, than sending Care Packages to the Troops that protect our freedoms and uphold our traditions.
