France Legalizes Gay Marriage, Opposition Riots

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Great civilizations collapse under the weight of moral and political decay.

In France, despite public opinion to the contrary, the socialists in control of the government chose to legalize gay marriage, and the response by opposition was to riot.  I don't believe rioting is the best way to get one's point across, but the riots in Paris over this does reveal how divisive the issue has become.

The fear by The Right is not over whether or not gays should marry, but the inevitable attack against the traditional family unit, for it is the family unit that serves as a very important building block of a successful society.  Moral decay has historically led to the deterioration of society, and collapse will become inevitable as other evidence of decay also becomes apparent.

Within hours of the decision to allow gay couples to wed, a protest near Paris's Invalides complex of museums and monuments turned violent with officers working late into the night to restore calm.

France is the 14th country - and the largest - to legalize gay marriage.

As I have stated before, if gay marriage becomes a civil right, the homosexual agenda will use it to sue churches for refusing to marry gay couples, and that will lead to other law suits, such as refusal to allow gay Sunday School Teachers.  The goal of the militant gay agenda is to destroy Christianity.  They could care less about marriage, homosexuality is largely not a monogamous community.  I am sure there are exceptions, but overall, the goal is to force society to reject religion.  The reason gays want to marry is to destroy marriage, and ultimately to destroy our Christian dominated system.

The question now is:

Will the USA be the next country to call "gay marriage" a civil right?

Also, since marriage is only between a man and a woman, calling it "gay marriage" is hijacking the language.

Marriage, between a man and a woman, is all it should be called. Just that word with just that definition.

Doug Gibbs for Congress! Or the Senate!! :)
