Sometimes here on Political Pistachio I share an email that really says it all, and I will call it the email of the week. Today, I got something better. . . a quote of the week.
In a conversation with my buddy JASmius, the man behind Hard Starboard Radio and American Daily Review, we began talking about what it would be like if we had Star Trek technology in today's world. We began talking about the holographic and replicator technology, and he began talking about how he could just have the devices make him a steak dinner, and so forth. Then I said, "With that kind of technology, I wouldn't need to run for Congress."
And JASmius said, "Yeah, we could just replicate a new one."
I don't know about you, but for some reason the idea of just throwing all of those bums out and replicating a new Congress was darn funny to me.
