Yes, the "attitude" that doesn't enjoy being the butt and target of vicious, psychologically-projective slurs and insults.  I know it well.  And ya gotta love how he called them "extremists" (again) in the very same paragraph.  I suppose that's an example of "royal prerogative".  Or what he calls, "doing his job".  Which, in turn, explains why he needs so gosh darn many publicly-funded vacations - hurling vicious, psychologically-projective slurs and insults at his "lessers" is about the only thing at which he expends any measurable effort.

Along with divot-digging, of course.
