Radio’s Mark Levin To GOP: Boycott State Of The Union

by JASmius

An intriguing idea from F. Lee, for a change:

It'd be attention-getting, and focus that attention precisely where it needs to be focused - namely, on the burgeoning Obama dictatorship.  Sure, the Obamedia would savage Republicans as "racists," "extremists," "anarchists," yata, yata, yata.  But they do that incessantly anyway.  What would the GOP have to lose by embracing this tactic?  This is something they can do that doesn't require control of the elective branches of government and really can rally the public to their side.  It'd be not unlike a "Contract For America" adapted to the realities of the Age of The One.

Not that Republicans will do this, of course.  Too many 'Pubbies, "establishment" and Tea Party alike, subscribe to the obsolete conventional wisdom that this is still America, still "politics as usual," and that the Democrats are "colleagues," "opponents" at worst, and "our friends across the aisle," instead of the self-declared enemies that they are.  We're in a political war, and elected Republicans seem incapable of ever realizing it.

But just imagine if they did.

Call me the John Lennon of the Right.
