I am disgusted. Moments after I posted the unconstitutional ATF's threats against a gun shop in Oceanside, California, Ares Armor, I learned the ATF disregarded the law, and has raided the National City location of the store, disregarding the Constitution, and disregarding the restraining order placed upon them. Where's the San Diego Sheriff on this? Did the San Diego Sheriff allow this? Or did the federal agency operate within San Diego County without the approval of the county sheriff?
The raid was in order to seize the store's client list, and a product the agency considers to be unlawful. Without computers or cash registers, the store has vowed to remain in business, using a calculator to make sales.
The owner has informed the public that the ATF is executing search warrants on all of their locations. The Oceanside location is still open for business.

This is a criminal action by the federal government against a law-abiding citizen and business owner. Stand up now, refuse to obey the unconstitutional mandates of the insidious anti-gun policies of this criminal Obama administration.
