Homeowner Faces Massive Fine From EPA For Building Pond - On Own Property

by JASmius

Clearly exposes the EPA for what it truly is: a draconian arm of the federal government.

Your land is my land, your land is my land
From California to the New York island;
From the red wood forest to the Gulf Stream waters
This land was made just for Me.

Hey, Red Barry can re-write Woodie Guthrie songs just as easily as he can the United States Constitution.  Which, by the by, doe not contain any enumerated power under which Congress, or a dictatorial president-for-life, may create an Environmental Protection Police, so, constitutionally speaking, the EPA has no legal right to exist and its orders and penalties ought to be consequently null and void.  The State of Wyoming, at which level this matter was quickly processed and resolved, is, constitutionally speaking, the final authority on whether or not Andy Johnson can build a pond on his own land.

But remember, in the Age of The One, power trumps legal authority AND the Constitution.

Beats me what O has against bald eagles, moose, and trout.  And the Johnsons aren't nearly as easily negatively stereotyped and caricatured as Clive Bundy was.  Is the Regime's anti-Western range war opening another front anyway?  Something tells me the Johnsons don't have the kind of coin to cough up seventy-five grand a day.  But they may have to cough up several bodily organs before the smoke clears.
